ACTIVITIES & EVENTS
PLEASE MARK YOUR CALENDARS AND PLAN ON ATTENDING:
As promised following our November 13th forum on substance misuse we will be meeting Thursday December 4th at Laconia Middle school in the 2nd floor library from 4-5:30.
It is time to move Stand Up Laconia forward! We are fortunate to have Staff Sgt. Rick Frost a member of the NH National Guard Counterdrug Task Force Civil Operations joining us and helping in the development of a strategic plan.
We know this is not a simple issue, it will take commitment, patience and many hands and hearts to become involved to make a significant and positive impact...please know how important your presence is at this meeting. This is our community, it is a beautiful place and it needs us all to step up to the plate and become involved in turning the tide on this complex issue that impacts so many lives here in the Lakes Region. Please send this email onto friends and family...hope to see many of you on Thursday.
WE ARE A COALITION...
Stand Up Laconia is a growing coalition of youth and adults who live, go to school, and/or work in Laconia. We have come together to create positive change, and we need YOUR help!
In order for positive change to happen, we need to work together as a community. Who else needs to be involved? Parents - Youth - Healthcare Providers - Business - Education - Law Enforcement - Faith Community - Local Government
